Active Root is a natural energy source that's fresh tasting and easy drinking. It can be consumed before, during and after exercise. Because it uses natural ingredients it doesn't have a nasty after taste often experienced with other sweetened sports drinks. Each sachet contains 1 x 35g serving of Active Root. Simply pour sachet into a 500-700ml sports bottle, mix throughly until dissolved, then you're ready to go.
